Title IX Compliance Command Center
Ten role-based dashboards covering the post-House v. NCAA compliance stack — proportionality, financial assistance, treatment-and-benefits, revenue sharing, NIL fair-market value, and athlete wellness — plus four predictive what-if planners.
Compliance Metrics
Participation Proportionality (Prong 1)
Real-time delta between female undergraduate share and female athlete share. Flags when the gap drifts past the 2pp danger zone.
Scholarship-to-Participation Delta
Athletic Financial Assistance ratio with dollars-per-opportunity variance. Surfaces the out-of-state partial-aid distortion in baseball & men's soccer.
Laundry List Equity Index
Heat map across nine treatment-and-benefits sub-parts: practice times, travel quality, gear delays, publicity hours, and equity index by team-month.
Revenue Sharing Equity (RSE)
Tracks the new $20.5M House-Settlement cap. Payment-to-Participation ratio with litigation-risk alert when it diverges from roster proportionality.
NIL Fair Market Value Variance
Inflation ratio of collective deals vs. estimated FMV. Highlights the near-threshold male-backup pattern that bypasses manual review.
Mental Health Access Parity
Wait-time delta, counselor-hours per athlete, self vs trainer referrals. Exposes the long waits for self-referred women in evening-practice sports.

FMV grid of every collective deal with safe-harbor classification, manual-review trigger threshold, and gender-imbalance scan.
